General

Subject to stock availability. Although we try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to see if you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer a refund.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final shipping cost for the customer.

Delivery Conditions

National transit time: Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 to 7 business days. Orders shipped internationally are in transit between 5 and 15 business days.

Shipping Time (departure from warehouse or our suppliers - Dropship)

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, except on holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In some cases, we work with our suppliers to ship purchases directly to the customer to reduce shipping times (Dropship).

Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the carrier.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If you find that a package is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service.

Duties and Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Santé Vous Génial encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination, the merchandise will be returned to Santé Vous Génial and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
