Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Santé Vous Génial. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at domaine@santevousgenial.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our fault.

Once we have received your return and verified its condition, we will refund the amount of the returned item to your original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.
